Luxe Alpaca Stole
This is a dead simple project whose sole purpose is to showcase an incredibly fabulous fiber. Softly spun, undyed alpaca is gently plied into a subtle tweed for a softness you have to feel to believe. Simple to knit, and wonderful to wear. It's the kind of project you want to keep in a basket by the sofa ready to be knit when you're watching a movie or chatting with a friend. Worked with a double strand of Peruvian Tweed, a 100% superfine alpaca grown in the Andes Mountains which produces the loveliest alpaca in the world. Completely undyed, the beautiful colors are a blend of the various natural alpaca colors. Yarn is held double for this project. Choose your color here.
