Blossoms for Ewe

These gorgeous purple pansies came from the very lovely and wonderful Mary at Waldorf Pottery.  If you haven't been there, then you're missing out on one of the best treats of spring.  Waldorf Pottery offers, as you might imagine, a dizzying array of elegant pots, fountains, and garden accessories, but it's also a full service garden center.

Mary has a wonderful assortment of annuals, perennials, herbs, trees, exotic summer vines with heady fragrant blossoms, and more.  But like the yarns at Crazy for Ewe, Mary's selection is carefully edited so that you don't have to sift through and find the good stuff - it's all good stuff - top quality in top condition because she buys from the best suppliers.  Mary's beautiful plants will actually thrive in this area because Mary knows the area - she's been growing them at the shop and it in her own yard, right in Charles County for more than 27 years.

What I like best about Waldorf Pottery, though, is Mary.  She is warm and funny and customer service oriented - and she's a knitter too! Mary really knows her plants, and she's honest about what will work in your particular situation whether it's a foundation garden or a deck planter.  You'll leave Waldorf Pottery with something you love that will be perfect for your space and will make you smile every time you look at it.  So get down to Waldorf Pottery today because it's time to get some spring on!
