The Banner Vest Kit is for Chloe Thurlow's beautiful vest knit in Rowan Fine Tweed Haze.  It features bands of classic colorwork motif on a field of diamond lace.  

Sizes shown are finished measurements.  Choose your kit with or without Rowan Magazine 74.
