This stunning pullover by Amy Herzog shows just how lovely Cocoon looks in cables.
Cocoon is lovely single ply blend of wool and mohair that somehow manages to be both earthy and sophisticated. Think buckwheat blini topped with caviar. It's a feat only Rowan could pull off. Cocoon has a wonderful hand, thanks to that single ply construction, and it knits beautifully at a gauge anywhere between 12 and 15 stitches per 4 inches.
Although Cocoon is soft, it has enough stitch definition to showcase cables and colorwork. Give Cocoon projects a little bath and the fabric will bloom gently into a wonderfully soft fabric with an ever so subtle halo.
