Tuva is on of my all time favorite sweaters. It's sleek, modern with its long lines and vented sides. Designer Shellie Anderson's love of elegant details shows up in the tiny cables at the hem and cuffs and the bit of reverse stockinette at the neckline.
Worked with one strand each of Shibui's two laceweight yarns, Cima and Lunar, Tuva is a perfect three season garment. Stylish and classic, it'll be a wardrobe staple you'll reach for year after year.

Cima is 70% Superbaby Alpaca and 30% Fine Merino
Lunar is 60% Extrafine Merino and 40% Mulberry Silk
Tuva is worked in pieces from the bottom up and seamed with set in sleeves. It is knit at a gauge of 23 stitches and 32 rows per 4" after blocking with Cima and Lunar held together. I used a US size 5 needle.
Tuva is a pattern for intermediate knitters, or beginning knitters who are comfortable seaming sweaters.
