Last night we all admired Nellie’s fabulous lacy scarf in the Jade Sapphire cashmere. It’s an easy lace pattern, and a nice introduction to lace knitting. So in the happiest of coincidences, Knitters Review this week has an in-depth discussion of this particular stitch pattern and a very nice set of photos as well. This is the first in a series of discussions on lace knitting that Clara, Queen Bee of Knitters review, will be doing over the next several weeks. Here’s a link to the article and pattern. I’ll try to post photos of Nellie’s scarf this week. You can also come by the shop and see any number of the garments knitted in some variant of this stitch.
