We had fun in La Plata this week. Yesterday Robinette brought her friend MaryPat in - funny, but it was MaryPat who first got Robinette started knitting! MaryPat chose the gorgeous pale blue Shepherd's Wool for her Great American Aran Afghan and got started swatching right away - how much do you love those Lantern Moon needles, MaryPat?
Janet finished her very first project - a lovely wrap in the Shepherd's Wool beaches colorway. It's absolutely perfect - as you might expect!
Amy is almost finished with her Adult Surprise Jacket in Louisa Harding Costello. What a great choice - the yarn has a beautifully subtle metallic component and a gorgeous pink and beige tone.
Norma modelled the amazing De Colores Jacket that Karen brought in to share. We're planning on doing this as a knit-along this fall. She swears it's easy as does Lisa, who has also knit one.
Today, Deborah was busy finishing her cardigan in Mirasol Hacho -
and Phyllis is almost finished with her Solo Tank in gorgeous Mulberry silk.
