...is tomorrow! Lovely Angela started the project last Wednesday in La Plata, and lots more have come in to get yarn for tomorrow night. I'm very excited to see what color everyone's picked. I was all set to start one myself, when Amy called this afternoon to say that the fine folks at Queensland had graciously sent us a model of that very sweater. Cool, huh? So, a real live sample will be there for you to try on. It is always nice to have a sample to help you decide which size to make. Sometimes we think we need a really huge size, but when we try on the sample, we find that the generous amount of ease gives you enough room in the smaller size. Other times we think we want a close fit but come to find that we really like the oversized effect and choose to make larger size. Either way is fine, but it sure is nice to have some tangible guidance to help us decide.
So come by the shop and have a look, try it on, and join us for a wonderful evening of knitting and cosmopolitans! And don't forget that they'll be drawing for the raffle ticket for a cool shopping spree courtesy of the Leonardtown businesses. I sure hope that a Crazy for Ewe customer wins! Gotta be there to win, so come on down.
