Ollie joined us for her first knitting lesson yesterday. She swears she's never knit before, but she caught on like a champ. Check out her progress after just 15 minutes.
You can't see it in her small sample, but she's using Noro Iro in a fabulous colorway for her first scarf. I love this colorway. It's full of brown and green, but there's this really rich vein of purple running through it. Makes me think of what I imagine an amethyst mine looks like.
Next week Ollie will learn purl and rib. Maybe she'd like an alpaca ribbed stole...who wouldn't?
