Susan stopped by yesterday afternoon to show us her vest progress for the "My First Garment" class. She's done quite a bit since Saturday! She said that part of the reason she's going so fast is because the yarn is so yummy and the colors are so wonderful that she just wants to keep going to see the colors come together. Susan selected Malabrigo Merino Worsted in the Kaledios colorway.
It's a gorgeous blend of lavender, pink, aqua and soft green. She's alternating skeins to keep the colors from pooling at all. Here's a closeup so you can see how lovely the fabric looks. Very nice work, Susan.
