Sophisticated Cowl

A sophisticated cowl is this Sunday's Fast and Fabulous project. When the new Vogue Knitting came in, I fell head over heels in love with this cowl by everyone's favorite Melanie Berg. It looks like a complicated cable, but it's actually really easy. Regular yarnovers and decreases make this beautiful leaf-like pattern that's simple to memorize and fun to work.
Join us Sunday to get started. The pattern is written for beautifully squooshy Gloria by Manos del Uruguay, which we have, but you could also do it in Moonshine, a delicious merino-alpaca-silk blend from Juniper Moon Farms.
Bring US Size 7 needles (larger or smaller if you're a tight or loose knitter) and join us for a lovely afternoon
