Rowan Alpaca Classic

Rowan Alpaca Classic is a lovely soft and light yarn that's wonderful to knit, and comes in a spectacular array of colors.  On its own, it makes a wonderfully light and wearable fabric.  Held double, as in Mode's V-Neck pullover.  The expansive color palette and light weight make Alpaca Classic ideal for Fair Isle patterns and light but warm garments and accessories. Its feathery feel and romantic halo are created by filling delicate cotton mesh with luxurious alpaca fibers, resulting in a light weight yarn with generous yardage and a softly fuzzy texture. Knitted on larger needles, it makes an exciting choice for lace patterns.
