...but Leonardtown is open today.

We've had quite a bit of traffic in Leonardtown. Linda came down from La Plata, and informed us that she would have come in today even if she'd had to walk. My goodness, it is tough to be stuck in the house for days on end, isn't it! Nicole was in to work on her afghan for her mom. She's doing a combination of squares from all three of the Great American Afghan series.

It was a pleasure to see Nancy too, who typically spends free Friday mornings on the golf course, but well, not so much these days. Nancy had been wanting to work the Coco Vee wrap, so while she was in, she chose two beautiful yarns - Shepherd's wool in a lovely soft pink, and a spectacular Silk Garden in shades of amethyst, green, and rose. As you know, I am a Noro addict, and this particular colorway of Silk Garden is a perfect example of how well the bit of warm earthy tones cut what otherwise might be a sickly sweet combination.

Here it is worked up into the first square. Great job, Nancy
