The Tessa-lators
Adorable Jenny May was in the shop last week wearing her completed Tessa Vest. She is the first to finish Tessa, so she has won a lovely Della Q striped silk notions bag.
We've also seen Mary Hansen's completed Tessa,

I'm sure that Julia will have finished hers soon too, as will Lisa and Shelly, and probably Sandi.
That's really great knitting, ladies! Finished with a week to spare. If you're still working on your Tessa, don't despair - I haven't finished mine yet either. You have until April 2nd to finish and be entered in the drawing for a $25 Crazy for Ewe gift certificate, so keep knitting away.
We'll kick off our April knit-along in La Plata on Wednesday, April 7th, and in Leonardtown at the First Friday Celebration April 2nd.
Please come to the La Plata shop for knitting Wednesday night even if you're not planning to do the knit-along. There's plenty of room for the whole group, as well as a smaller gathering space where the knit-along folks will gather to go over any tricky bits in the project.
I think you'll like the April project VERY much. It's worked in the round from the top down, sized to fit small to XXL, and you can use the same needles you used for Tessa. How cool is that!
