Hi there.  I've received lots of emails over the past week or so from dear sweet customers concerned that they had not gotten a newsletter and were worried that they'd been taken off my list.   First, let me tell you how much I appreciate you even noticing my newsletter lapse!  In today's spam-filled, email heavy world, it's easy to imagine that the Crazy for Ewe newsletter is just part of the clutter that fills your inbox, so I'm really happy that you missed hearing from me.  Next, unless a subscriber specifically asks to be removed, I never take people off my newsletter list.  That just wouldn't be nice, and nice matters to me.  A lot.  And finally, the truth is that I have been simply overwhelmed with getting Johnny off to college on the other side of the country.   We tossed in a side trip to visit Elizabeth in Menlo Park, CA, and there were so many things to coordinate, that I just couldn't collect any more energy for a newsletter.   But I'm back, and things are settled down, so look for your regular weekly newsletter bright and early Tuesday morning. In the mean time, here are a few pictures from my trip.  Facebook rented out the Shoreline Amphitheater for a fantasy carnival.

Hi, Lori! No place for guilt in the knitting world. Hope all is well with your family. I look forward to seeing you when you can come and share your news. Maybe you’d like to try to Chris Bylsma’s class. A fun and no stress way to spend the day. You deserve it.

Ellen, I have felt so guilty about not stopping by the shop! Really, family events have kept me busy, and furlough time was spent doing projects in the house as well as my daughter’s new (to her) home. But I have been knitting and hope to get by Leonardtown soon!
