Handling COVID-19 at Crazy for Ewe

The COVID-19 is changing the landscape for all of us. Here at Crazy for Ewe, we are taking precautions to ensure that our space is clean and safe, being vigilant about washing hands, avoiding physical contact, and keeping a safe social distance. I took this selfie Sunday as Ginni and I spent the day together wiping and disinfecting tables, doors, handles, chairs, literally, every hard surface in the shop.

As a small business, we are struggling to balance everyone’s health and safety, with our desire to serve and support our customers. To that end, we are remaining open as long as we are permitted to do so by the government, but we are taking precautions such as limiting the number of people at the table to 6 at a time to give everyone the recommended social distance while still providing the support and community you deserve from us. We’ll be wiping high touch items and areas frequently. If you are uncomfortable coming into the shop, we are happy to bring your purchases out to your car for you. We do have ecommerce on the site, and you can see many of our new yarns there. I will also be trying more videos and innovative ways to share shop happenings with you. If you have a critical question or other knitting emergency, I am happy to FaceTime you on my cell phone. Just send me an email with your name and cell number, your question, and some possible times you would like to video chat. I will be checking my phone often and will get back to you quickly.

Please know that we will be open as long as possible, but things change quickly, so please watch our Facebook and Instagramaccounts for any late-breaking news about the shop.  Please know how very much I value your continued patronage as we face COVID-19 together. Stay safe, and stay well.

I look forward to seeing you.  Whether in the shop or on my cell phone, you are always welcome here.

Thank you Ellen,
I’m having fun knitting up socks from my “Crazy Ewe stash” and patterns and tricks Keidi shared in class.
Best regards,
Kathy Cox 🙂

Thank you for your thoughtfulness and generosity toward all of us. I love that there’s a friendly place to bring a knitting emergency – whether in person or electronically. 😊
