Noro Sonata
Noro Sonata is unlike any Noro you've ever used. Silky soft and wonderful right next to the skin - not a hint of itch or prickle, because there's not a hint of wool. Just fluffy unmercerized cotton, viscose (rayon) and silk, plus a little polyamide for strength. It's a terrific yarn for summer shawls, tanks, and tees. Perfect too for anyone with any sensitivity to wool.
Sonata does not stripe, like most Noro yarns. It's a semi-solid that works up with a beautifully subtle tonal variation. There's a little bit of thick and thin going on with Sonata which also adds to the lovely effect you get in your fabric - even plain stockinette looks beautiful.
