Enjoy a sweater project full of texture with Saturated, designed by Melissa Leapman for Noro. Bands of knit-and-purl patterning give this pullover its character, while a deep ribbed neckband and a longer back with side slits add thoughtful finishing touches.
Knit it in Noro Malvinas for a textured layer to pull on with your favorite jeans. The intermediate-level pattern includes both written and charted instructions for the textured stitch pattern.

Sizes: Small (Medium, Large, 1X, 2X). Shown in Small. Measurements and yarn quantities below follow this size order.
Finished bust: 36½ (40½, 44½, 48½, 52½) inches / 93 (102, 114, 124, 133) cm.
Finished back length: 23½ (24, 25, 26, 27) inches / 59.5 (60.5, 63.5, 66, 68.5) cm. Finished front length: 21 (21½, 22½, 23½, 24½) inches / 53 (54, 57, 59.5, 62) cm. Back is 2½ inches / 6.5 cm longer than front.
Finished upper arm: 15¼ (15¾, 16¼, 17¼, 18¼) inches / 38 (39, 41, 43, 46) cm.
Yarn: Noro Malvinas, color #49; 4 (4, 4, 5, 5) balls, 150g each.
Needles: One pair US 7 / 4.5mm, or size to obtain gauge; US 6 / 4mm circular needle, 16 inches / 40 cm long, for neckband. Markers are used during finishing.
Gauge: 16 stitches and 26 rows = 4 inches / 10 cm in textured pattern using US 7 / 4.5mm needles. Check gauge before beginning.
Construction and details: Back, front, and sleeves are knitted flat and seamed. Neckband is picked up and worked in the round with 4 inches / 10 cm of K1, P1 ribbing. Side seams have 2½-inch / 6.5cm slits at the lower edge. Textured stitch pattern is provided in written and charted form.
